How to Make an Appointment

Important Visit Guidelines

Pregnancy & Nursing: Treatments are not available if you are pregnant or within 3 months postpartum. Please notify us if breastfeeding.
Medications:
Please bring a list of your medications. We cannot perform certain treatments if you use steroids.
Children:
To ensure safety, children of elementary school age or younger are not permitted in clinical areas.
Visit Time:
Consultations take approximately 2 hours. Same-day treatment takes 3+ hours.

Q: Are consultation fees charged?
A: No, consultations and doctor nominations are completely free.
Q: Can I book for friends or family?
A: Please have each person contact us individually via phone or Instagram DM with their own details.
Q: Can I request surgical procedures (operations)?
A: Currently, we only accept requests for surgical procedures listed on our official English website. For other surgeries or unlisted procedures, we can only accommodate you if you bring your own qualified Japanese-English medical interpreter.
Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: Major international credit cards and Japanese Yen (cash).
